  Seconded to Agip KCO, with responsibility for the civil design, procurement and construction activities for 8 drilling and production islands in the Caspian sea as well as design, procurement and construction of all topsides equipment for 3 well head islands. Scope includes management of 12 contracts 80 direct staff and 1500 contractor personnel. Responsible for design, procurement, construction and commissioning activities related to 2 greenfield wellhead platforms, 1 brownfield wellhead jacket expansion, 1 offshore processing train and 4 CRA clad pipelines. Management of some 20 contracts of which 5 fabrication contracts. Approx 100 direct personnel and 1500 contractor staff.
