  Roads Policing Community Support Officer

  Worked as an RPCSO for the roads policing unit which included closing lanes, roads and motorways, dealing with collisions and other major incidents (included completing scene logs), and educating drivers both at the roadside and at council/community events. I also spent time dealing with anti-social driving and working with the Spelthorne community.

  Responsible for; evidencing consumer value to the regulator in order to deliver up to £30m profit, challenging decisions and performance across the business, improving business processes and ensuring delivery of regulatory requirements. Responsible for identifying and analysing new incentive possibilities for the System Operator side of the business, justifying the revenue stream, consulting and negotiating with the industry and regulator, and implementing the scheme through collaboration with the regulator. Responsible for producing methodologies to model a financial target, modelling the financial target and evidencing consumer value against the target. Completed the 18 month Graduate Development Programme.Conducted generator reliability analysis, undertook power generation feasibility study at Grain LNG; then spent my final 6 months looking at frequency control as part of Grid Operations 2020.
