  (2014- 2015): I worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Lab Manager for the Center of Excellence of Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine, I had research and teaching duties as advised through the faculty standard policy. I guided junior researchers on the standard operation procedures for technical procedures, equipment operation, prepared technical reports, set budget requirements for lab supplies and instruments, recommend purchases, set tenders and follow-up on new devices installation and maintenance. I also represented the center in interactions with other departments and outside vendors. I also had the experience teaching immunology, cell biology and scientific presentation in the Biomedical Science program. I set a number of training courses for junior researchers, summer students and journal club members in CESC on (a) Safety, bio-safety and bio-security in biomedical research labs, and (b) Flow Cytomety; device operation, application and maintenance.(2015 - 2017); I worked in the Center for X-Ray Determination of the Structure of Matter (CXDS) projects aiming to (a) synthesis and purification of met F SAM- I aptamer and (b) synthesis and purification of two constructs of domain III of HCV IRES (U175/C183 and C175/U183). I was nominated as a member in Zewail City Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) committee.On the academic side; I successfully completed the “Middle East Research Ethics Training initiative (MERETI)" certificate program - one of the postgraduate scientific programs of the University Of Maryland Graduate School - USA (Grade “A”). My MERETI program practicum research project included “Development of an educational curriculum in research ethics for undergraduates, early, mid and advanced career medical science students”. In 2017; I already applied this practicum project teaching "Research Ethics" for the PhD students in the Biotechnology PhD credit hours program at Cairo University. Show less
