  The assignment was to be responsible for a pair of engine test beds. Which meant to keep a high delivery standard and keep the customer informed of the test results. A great part of the work also involved establishing a test plan with the customer and communicating with different support groups responsible for measuring equipment, maintenance and mechanics. I was also contributing to the development of the daily work by being a part of improvement groups and being responsible for some of those improvements, for example compiling introduction documents for new employees.   Project manager within cab development at Scania R&D. The project scope involves predevelopment, designing, testing and deployment of several different cab exterior parts and has a time plan stretching over several years. Main responsibilities is to lead a cross functional team of about 15 persons including sales, design, styling, production, purchasing and testing. Included is also to create and follow-up time- and budget plans as well as reporting and presenting project status in different decision forums. The project budget exceeded 200 MSEK. Main responsibilities was to coordinate design groups as well as gathering and processing information from cross functional functions such as after marketing, production, purchasing and sales. During the assignment I led several different projects in different stages but the main task was start-up and configuration of a new bus generation project involving the entire bus department.
