  o Investigate wound closure dynamics in a keratinocyte cell monolayer, focusing on wound healing and regeneration, using an in vitro model of cell migration.o Employ laser treatments with various wavelengths (457 nm, 490 nm, 570 nm, 660 nm, 810 nm, 940 nm, and 1064 nm) to identify the most effective wavelength for accelerating cell healing processes.o Preliminary findings suggest the superior efficacy of a specific wavelength, paving the way for further validation through loss-of-function experiments.o Upcoming experiments will involve selective inhibition of cell migration to uncover the underlying mechanisms, including gain-of-function controls by introducing growth factors to enhance keratinocytes' regenerative capabilities.
