      Develop, implement and maintain EHS programs to comply with regulatory, Xerox corporate and ISO 14001 requirements. Complete substance accounting and reporting for the National Pollutants Release Inventory, O.Reg 127/01 Airborne Contaminant Discharge Monitoring and Reporting and Toxic Reduction Act and Regulations. Transformed the site audit program from an element/clause focused exercise to a value added process based approach. Manage the hazardous waste program and manifests to ensure compliance with Reg. 347 General – Waste Management. Act as the ISO 14001 management representative to ensure environmental objectives and targets are in line with corporate and business goals and tracked to completion.
