  Project Manager for the construction of a Two Solar Centaur Turbine 6.6 Megawatt Power Plant. I transitioned to being the sole person Plant manager, tasks which included Maintenance and operations of all facets of the Power Plant, Wellfield, and Compressor Skid.I managed the start-up of the Power Plant and oversaw the connectivity and contractual legwork to the Philadelphia Electric Power Grid. I was heavily involved in sequence delivery and construction scheduling, which allowed this plant to be fully operational, ahead of schedule. I worked hand in hand with the Solar Turbine Representative, ringing wires, adjusting equipment parameters, programming the PLC and adjusting time relays for the Gas Compression Skid and the two Centaur turbines for start-up and to maximize sustained operation.I was the sole operator for this plant on 24-hour call through an automated "Chatterbox" monitor and notification system.   Oversaw Construction, "Stand in" Project Manager, Startup and Daily Operation of Waste Management's Flagship Renewable Energy (Landfill Gas to Natural Gas Conversion) High BTU Gas Recovery Plant near St Louis. Responsible for this Multi-million dollar project that reclaims Landfill Gas into a high BTU gas that is returned to Renewable Energy Natural gas into the Ameren Gas Pipeline grid. Hands On Maintenance and Operation tasks were spilt up by all three personnel at the site.Involved with monitoring, disposal, and permitting of Hazardous Waste for contaminated Soil, Oils, and Condensate, as required. Analyzed Test Results, and Adjusted Operation to stay in compliance with our Environmental Permits, for Air Quality of our Thermal Oxidizer.The plant utilized several steps in order to scrub and remove various unwanted elements in order to produce a high quality Renewable Energy for resale.Maintenance including daily readings, and adjustments, Time Change Interval Maintenance and replacement, Overhaul of High Volume Compressors. Hands On assisted the Power Plant Manager in overhead motor Repair and Maintenance on three 16 Cylinder Caterpillar Landfill Gas Burning Motor, Compressor skids, and Scrubbers. Show less
