Receiving quotations from suppliers and seek approval for the purchase. 11.Printing the student ID card for Own Transportation. 12.Coordinate with the school’s transportation to ensure all students and staff are transported safely. 13.Coordinate with HR department to process the Occupational Health cards for the staff. 14.Keep a track of expiry of all mandatory documents and to initiate the process of renewal in advance. 15.Coordinating with front office team to handle the crowd in school whenever required. 16.Supports the admission team on follow up of enquiries and confirmation of admissions. 17.
