  I am excited to join University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust as a Project Support Officer within the Clinical Outcomes & Effectiveness division. In this role, I will be supporting several critical initiatives, including Learning from Deaths, Health Inequalities, Tobacco Cessation, and the GIRFT (Getting It Right First Time) program.My responsibilities will involve providing high-quality administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of these key workstreams. I will be working closely with colleagues across the Trust and external stakeholders to help deliver improvements in patient care and outcomes. This includes coordinating data management, supporting communication and engagement activities, and assisting in the development and execution of project plans to address health inequalities and improve service delivery.I am committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, where every patient receives excellent care, and to driving forward the Trust’s mission to promote equality, inclusion, and positive health outcomes for all.
