I realised going forward that I needed some new practices to better look after my body, mind and spirit on a regular basis. I was drawn to explore Reiki training having personally benefited from Reiki sessions in the past. Reiki is now part of my daily life - it's a great practice to help calm, balance and refocus myself. I loved it so much that I continued investing in my Reiki training/qualifications to achieve the top Master level, to enable me to share Reiki practice/healing with others.Reiki is a complementary, safe, vibrational energy healing treatment that promotes balance in your mind, body and spirit. I currently only offer virtual distance Reiki sessions, as my home Reiki studio has become a working from home office since covid.
