The Engineer Systems being fielded include the categories of Construction Equipment, Support Equipment, Route Clearance Vehicles, Engineer C2 Systems, Engineer Watercraft, Countermine Systems, Mines and Munitions, Various Engineer Sets, Kits, and Outfits, Engineer Assault Vehicles, and all Tactical Bridging Systems. Besides the full time day to day activities of coordinating and de-conflicting the fielding over 100 active LINs, is also required to be the subject matter expert on all current and emerging engineer systems to represent the interests of the National Guard in the JCA process, the POM process, the Portfolio Review Process, the Army Enterprise Equipping and Reuse Conferences, four separate Program Manager Equipping Conferences, and various other HQDA and NGB level meetings and briefings regarding equipment readiness including regular preparation briefings at the GO level as the SME for all Engineer Systems.
