Achievements include:- Delivering a revised invoice format for residential and SME customers with changed customer billing from electricity only to dual electricity and gas.- Cleansing selected components of data held in Gentrack, the organisation CRM.- Integrating data flows among three systems used to manage large commercial customers namely the CRM, the Pricing Matrix (Oracle-based energy pricing system), and Equip (the billing engine) and achieving significant time and cost savings.- Creating a toolkit via data warehouse enhancements and automation to enable verification of the amounts charged by network lines companies for conveying energy to customers on behalf of retailers. Project benefits were estimated at $12m per annum.- Supporting the migration of 230K customers from NGC SAP to Genesis Gentrack. Show less

Key successes included:- Creation and distribution of policyholder documents for a major health insurer as part of a larger project to migrate approximately 60,000 policies and 120,000 members from one into another database.- Project managed the generation of tailored renewal letters according to client data for a major health insurer.- Project manage the automatic generation and sending of letters for querying credit card payments for a major insurance company.   Reporting to the NZ-based Country Manager, commenced as a contract Project Manager then later awarded the permanent role of Project Manager and Multimedia Team Leader.Responsibilities included planning, controlling and ensuring the delivery of eLearning assets for clients including estimating budgets, scheduling, resourcing, issues, risks and stakeholder management. The role also included the leadership for six technical staff, including performance management, professional development and mentoring. Achievements include:- The successful delivery of over 50 elearning modules for a major American client on time and within budget with appreciation for this success expressed by the client and our RWD management.- Raising the teams skills levels and implementing improvements into our project processes.
