After 1 year I accepted a chair in the Executive Board of both governmental organisations. This was a part-time function, alongside of my work as Engineer /Entrepeneur. In this public function I was responsible for Community-water and wastewater Treatment.2010-2011 Initiator collaboration Municipalities and Waterboards (Water/ Wastewater Chain) 2011-2014 member management collaboration Limburg Noord - In these postions, I was leader in the collaboration-process between different authorites. it resulted in a National Ranking as "Excellent progress" (Commission Karla Peijs)2010-2010 Initiator BsGW (Common Tax office Communities and Waterboards)- As a member of the workforce I co-initiated the establishment of this BsGW as a governmental company. Savings in Public Tax costs are realised uo to 25%In 2014 the Governmental Company Verdygo bv was founded.The 4 years before I was protagonist of setting up this company to stimulate Innovations in the wastewater sector.Entrepeneurship and Management:After my graduation at Technical University Eindhoven I became director of IngenieursburoP de Lange bv. During 20 years I managed a team of 10-15 construction-design engineers in the company.Alongside I was director of a company for Projectmanagement and a company to design and build canopies for fuelling stations (Dutch Canopy bv).In 2008 i founded Construcoach Engineering srl in Romania (later Dutch Civil Design srl) whereseveral Romanian Engineers were hired.
