Show less ✦ The BCM(Business continuity Manager) role was introduced to coordinate and support individual business areas in maintenance, review, testing and continuously improving business continuity planning and management (BCPM) to enable delivery of key business activities with predefined time frames in the event of a significant disruption. ✦ Ensure that all designs and changes to systems are considered for impacts to BCP and disaster recovery planning (DRP), identified, and documented prior to system changes being released to production. ✦ Coordinate reviews of the BCP\DRP, schedule annual & bi-annual recovery testing, reporting on RTO, RPO, maintaining risk & issue logs, ensuring system fixes are applied on issues and eliminate risks from the environments. ✦ Decision making for resolution of issues for critical services, discuss ITSC failover scenarios, provide recommendations and enable business continuity planning. The key functional aspects of this project are to reduce the work load of the Telephone Sales Consultants, by introducing new, easy to access workflows and improvising the existing workflows, standardise domestic and overseas sites .
