  As a Management Trainee, responsibilities included learning all aspects of how the company runs as a whole. Through a Warranty rotation, gained knowledge of the various procedures and processing systems in order to process claims in Heavy Duty, Truck, Industrial, and OEM. Acquired a good understanding of the tools and techniques required to compile data for performance reporting.Became a quick study into the art and methodology of creating proposals and quotations within the Mining Department. Worked on different aspects of the Detour Shovel bid. Became familiar with Fleet Production and Cost Analysis. Worked closely with the IT group who created the Performance Metrics to use at different sites to help maintain units.In the course of the branch rotation in Hamilton, have been exposed to Credits, Parts, Service and Sales. Have obtained familiarity within each of these departments on what it takes to run a successful branch. Show less
