Leveraged innovative merchandising and strategic partnerships to boost brand visibility and market share. Oversaw complete management of Draught and Cooler assets, including budgeting, maintenance, installation, and strategic deployment across the company. Oversaw and managed the commercial capex and maintenance portfolios for the South African BU.Simultaneously managed all B2B incentives and rewards programs across all trade channels, ranging from conventional discount schemes to the introduction and launch of BEES Club B loyalty program, a global B2B digital platform.
