This work has led to the foundation of "Lynx Mobility Inc"; a Canadian cellular carrier for rural and remote areas operating coast-to-coast.Designed and led the development of multiple reusable software components optimized for the remote market and complementing the remote cellular network.Designed and implemented a complete inter-carrier roaming solution with major Canadian carriers, such as Bell Mobility and Telus, over the Syniverse IP-based platform.Built a migration strategy from CDMA to HSPA/LTE inline with the industry standards evolution, and sustained with a proof-of-concept pilot deployment.Created and put in place all the technically challenging building-blocks, up to a point where network operation became simple and easy.Successfully migrated the whole cellular network to another satellite platform to meet business requirements, and increased the cellular coverage footprint by streamlining the deployment of new sites.
