      • Managed several multi-site development teams that work on projects to bring in Provider, Service Fund and CRM data into EDW. • Collaborated with leaders, architects, business customers, IT partners, and team members at every stage of the SDLC to deliver value to Humana and our business partners. • Built new pipeline using existing data within EDW to replace current process that sends out data to CMS. The scope was to insource the post-acute work, which was manage by OrthoNet to Humana Internal review.• On-site Nurse Project increases staff at high-volume facilities and establish a consistent approach to onsite nursing across Humana’s Medicare footprint.
