      • Conducted research investigating the relatively unknown concept Academic Citizenship Behaviors (ACBs).• Created a survey using valid and reliable measures that have proven effective in past research studies.• Distributed the survey to students partaking in college courses (targeted demographic) with Google Forms.• Analyzed data collected from the survey with Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS).• Tested hypotheses through the use of correlations and linear regression statistics.• Discovered that ACBs are correlated with several personality traits/character dispositions (such as grit, consciousness, subjective happiness, and course/instructor satisfaction) and that these same traits positively predict ACBs.• The data of this research suggests that academic environments should be designed to nurture the behaviors that correlate with and predict ACBs.
