Jul 2021 - Nov 2023

As an Agile Master, I apply agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to facilitate the team's work and ensure project success. I work in multiple teams of 3 to 7 people, with different levels of maturity, allocated to clients in diverse areas of activity. I am responsible for collecting metrics, facilitating rituals, managing crises, promoting an environment free from the culture of blame and fear, so that teams gain security and knowledge to promote self-organization and continuous improvement. At the corporate level, I am responsible for supporting the implementation of agile culture in the company through the creation and application of internal and external trainings on Agile Mindset and Methodologies, standardization of tools, integration of members from different teams who work remotely, and development of developing programs. One of these programs was the Leadership Development Program, which aims to support new leaders in their career transition to Team Tech Lead, providing knowledge and a support network so they can learn how to develop people and be a good technical reference for the team, without limiting the individual performance capacity of each developer. Show less I began my journey at LEVTY as a trainee, where I had the privilege of working on two distinct projects as part of a dedicated team providing digital transformation services using SYDLE ONE. During the first project, despite the brief period, I gained invaluable experience in clean code and had the opportunity to expand my professional network.During the second project, I was able to take on a more active role in developing new features using JavaScript, leveraging my creativity and applying agile methodologies. In fact, even as a recent addition to the team, I was entrusted with leading daily stand-ups and retrospectives, which helped me discover my desired career path. Show less
