  Curated custom events from private dinner parties to large galas and weddings and everything in between. I worked with my clients to create the vision they communicated by ensuring every detail was completed with perfection making for memorable events. Designing the menus and events themselves allowed me to utilize my creativity and problem solving skills . I take great pride in delivering quality service and products. I worked with themes and to design what colors, trends, supplies and unique decor would highlight the events. I was responsible for staffing events, working within budgets, hiring additional vendors and on-site managing the wide variety of events. My knowledge of food handling safety and preparation allowed for confidence in the food and beverages being served. I formed connections and partnerships through local networking events and through maintaining an active company social media presence. This resulted in many trusted partnerships and loyal, repeat clients. On the administrative side of the business, my responsibilities include, but were not limited to being in charge of all invoicing with the use of QuickBooks, vendor and staff payments, budgeting, end of year reconciliation and monthly tax payments. Each event was an entirely different experience which required me to be flexible and learn new ways to do things. My work was complimented and shared with many. I was honored to have my time with this company and would be happy to share even more about what I was able to accomplish and do in my role for 7+ years. We decided to close the business in late 2023 due to relocation of the founder. Show less
