      Led, designed, coordinated, delivered and evaluated the annual training & development strategy, plan and programmes to achieve organisational, departmental and personal objectives through developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours of 120 staff in one of the UK’s largest and most successful Students’ Associations. Established the Association’s accredited training centre, providing a variety of SVQs, REHIS and ServeWise courses internally, resulting in improved staff performance and an annual training budget saving of £25,000.Devised, introduced and monitored a performance management and appraisal procedure incorporating CPD, assessing staff contribution, 360° feedback and management qualifications via SVQ and CMI.Developed and conducted inductions for all new staff to facilitate a standardised orientation into the organisation and encourage a faster return on performance objectives.Fully responsible for ensuring USSA maintained the standards required for the reaccreditation of its IIP status. Developed, led and coordinated the College’s Advisory & Engagement Group, comprised of senior staff, student representation and external equalities Non-Governmental Organisations to ensure the business was informed and directed by best practice. Developed, lad and coordinated the College’s ED&I Working Group, through a distributed leadership model, with members across all College functions and positions, tasked with mainstreaming ED&I across the business.
