      First joined WDF/Greene (A subsidiary of Keyspan which later became National Grid) in February of 2002 as a general IT professional. Duties included PC troubleshooting, Printer setup, hardware purchasing and maintenance. Also coordinated the technology setup for field offices. Ordered internet services from ISPs, setup local area networks both cabling and router, configured VPN setup, ordered and setup large drafting printers for field sites, and ordered and setup field PCs and hardware for onsite drafting.Moved to Keypsan corporate in June 2005 and jopined the Desktop support team in Hicksville. Duties included the coverage of all satelite offices in Suffolk county. PC, laptop, printer, and general hardware support, repair, and deployment.Moved into the Wintel Support team in September of 2006. Duties included monthly patching of the Wintel environment 800+ servers using SMS. On site support and maintenance of all Power Plant Servers. Projects included Server refresh of 45 physical servers throughout the environment. Data Center upgrade of 28 cabinets in 2 datacenters.       Continued support of the National Grid account after joining CSC. Support includes monthly patching for over 1500 Windows servers using Tivoli Endpoint Management System. Recently completed the transfer of all systems into the TEM system from SMS. Working on Transformation Team to relocate all servers from National Grid data centers to CSC data centers. Support duties for transformation include process evaluations, system validation, software upgrades, vm builds, and post move support through testing. Have organised deployment and upgrades across the environment for McAfee, TSM, Nimsoft, .NET and TEMs using SMS.
