  • Preparation of Quality control & Inspection test Plan (QAP, ITP) for various key projects based on the relevant standard / specification and the client’s requirements. • Raw Material Inspection & Its Material certificate review and witness as per IS2062,IS1161,IS3589,IS4923,IS1608,IS2328,IS1586,ASTM415,ASTM1086,IS1599. • Preparation cum maintenance of Welding Procedure Specification Record (WPS), Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) and Welding Performance Qualification (WPQ) as per ASME sec IX. • Stage wise inspection like weld Fit-up inspection ,Dimensional Inspection, Operational and Testing, Hydotesting as per QAP, Route Card, Drawing or applicable Code and Standards. •Inspecting jobs such as Plates, Pipes, Machined jobs, casting items, Pressure vessels, Heat exchanger, Flanges, Structural Welded items, Storage Tanks, Rotary equipments, Heavy fabrication, Fasteners, Galvanized Items. • Perform and interpretat Nondestructive (LPT, UT, RT& MPT) inspection techniques in accordance with ASME Sec V. • Issuing Non-Conforming Material reports (NCR) generated from inspection processes and give the corrective actions which will address root causes. • Ensuring work as per QAP, Guiding supervisor, Site Engineer to perform work as per QAP. • Coordinated inspection visits & Consultancy Services such as Bureau veritas, Ramboll India & etc. • Coordinate with TUV & RJIL auditor for Documentations and Its preparation. • Coordinated with supplier and client for inspection activities. • Experience in suppliers audit and evaluation of supplier quality. • Addressing customer complaints review & investigate non-conformances, initiate corrective actions and review effectiveness. • Calibration of measuring instruments as per Standard. • Inspection of hot-dip galvanized tower structure as per IS4759, IS2629, IS6745&IS2633 standards.
