      In this Jobfield I had the chance to collect a lot of experience regarding teamwork and team management. My tasks included taking care of difficult situations, escalating/deescalating cases and calming down panic situations, testing and giving feedback on new Sennheiser hardware products, Quality assurance on the work of my team, communication with customers all around the globe and training of new agents/ team members. All the work was done in English as well as customer support in German.
