      ENSURE PROCEDURES ARE FOLLOWED IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH HOMELAND SECURITY MANDATES. Implement many pre- departure tasks that had to be completed before the boarding process began. Responsible for printing out the proper paperwork, changing passenger seats, completing security sweeps on the aircraft, and making sure the boarding door was secure at all times. Responsible for hundreds of passengers at a time from extremely disgruntled travelers to international customers without a strong command of the English language.
