  In May 2007 I was invited to join Lauritzen Cool Logistics (South America) in order to create a Legal, Insurance and Claims Department. In 2008 I was appointed as "Chief Compliance Officer" for the whole LCL Group. In such capacity, I participated in the drafting of the "Code of Conduct" for LCL Group, and implemented Compliance policies within the company.Additionally, I implemented a "Whistleblower" system to report non-compliant behaviours anonymously.During the same period of time, in my capacity as Insurance Manager, I led the process of renewal of all the Liability Insurance Policies of LCL as Logistic Operator.   Agricultural Attaché

  In February 2011, and after winning the public bidding process called by the Government of Chile, I was appointed as Minister Counselor (Agricultural) to the Embassy of Chile in Korea As such, I have represented the interests of the Chilean Authorities to the Ministry of Agriculture and Sanitary Authorities in Korea in order to negotiate the reduction of non-tariff barriers that limit the access of Chilean products to this market. During my 2-year period, the following results were achieved: 1.- Market opening for 16 new Chilean food products, amongst which the most relevant are: Fresh blueberries, bovine meat, processed pork products, fish and fish products. 2.- Export authorization for more than 50 food processing plants, including fish processing facilities, pork and poultry processing plants and fresh produce packing plants.
