I would like to introduce myself; my name is Earl W. Casebeer, BSME and Professional Engineer registered in the State of Pennsylvania. I have been working in the design, engineering, and project management side of a major corporation for many years. I have terminated my employment to form my own small business "Casebeers, Inc." to market, sell, fabricate and commission a line of infrared heating/annealing ovens. We have successfully sold and commissioned many infrared ovens throughout the United Sates, Europe, Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. The infrared annealing / heating oven was developed in 1980 as an alternative process to thermal conduction annealing of Polycarbonate injection molded parts. Both processes have proven very successful in reducing or eliminating stress cracking, and or crazing issues with injection molded Polycarbonate parts. In general conduction ovens are a batching process that may take as long as 3-4 hours to complete the process. The Infrared annealing oven process is an inline continuous process that normally takes 2-3 minutes part exposure time in the infrared annealing oven. The use of infrared vs. conduction annealing has many advantages; reduce or eliminate stress cracking, improve the quality of your product, save labor costs by reducing part handling, and cut energy costs.Casebeers, Inc. infrared / heating ovens come with stand alone control panel that are built per the NEC, and can be provided with UL labeling or CE certifications. Our infrared ovens are custom built and shipped complete with everything ready to go. The customer need only position the infrared oven and control panel and provide the 480-volt power supply to the main control panel. Show less
