      As a general manager for the URPP LightChEC Program I organised all the tasks related to timing, communication, budgeting, HR, and reporting of the program from the very beginning. We grew from 20 researchers in 2013 to more than 50 researchers in 2017. The project is an interdisciplinary project between chemistry, physics and materials science at the University of Zurich and Empa. I left after the successful renewal of the program to relocate to the Lausanne area. Achievements:1) Organisation of the evaluation of the program.
