  My role was to provide effective, Business Continuity Management solutions designed to identify and reduce the risk of an incident occurring and to ensure that if an incident should occur, critical business processes could continue regardless. This was achieved by:-Supporting the Business Continuity program development, implementation, exercising and maintenance. Embedding BCM into the culture of the organisation through training, supportive documentation and presentations to all areas of the business.Working with business areas to ensure that business continuity plans are proactively updated and maintained to reflect all significant changes in the business. Conducting annual Business Impact Analysis's with each business area with the use of, word, excel, and BIA Pro as well as an interview process in order to finalise business requirements.Provide oversight and feedback on the disaster recovery program via participation in disaster recovery tests and related activities. Planning and co-ordination of the annual work area recovery exercise for up to 120 colleagues. Planning of business wide projects to ensure that critical devices are maintained and managed to mitigate risks of an incident occurring.Production plan and analysis documentation to support the business continuity programme.
