  As scrum master and coach for multiple teams (simultaneously) composed of developers, quality analysts, product owner and DBA, I facilitated all scrum ceremonies. The scrum team worked to optimize a web-based application used to enhance end users’ experience by adding new features and fixing existing defects found in the production environment. We used Jira and VersionOne as our SDLC tools to track metrics and create necessary documentation. We used team velocity, capacity and within sprints the burndown charts to track team health and progress.
