      Activities and Societies: I was a volunteer strength coach for the Disabled Sports Association of North Texas during my years at UTA, that continued post graduation as well. Additionally, I was very involved on the local chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association.

      Activities and Societies: Member Sigma Alpha Iota I was a music major, before sustaining devastating/life altering injuries in a car accident. I did not finish my music degree, but instead found a new career in the physical therapy and subsequent fitness profession.

As owner and President of my studio based Personal Training Company I offer clients private and small group strength training programs. My clients are mostly older adults, who are in need of my expertise in various physical limitations due to aging and disease processes. I have an intense balance/fall prevention program as well as floor mobility exercises. I offer pre/postnatal core strength training classes. I offer core strength classes at a local karate dojo. I also offer community lectures on Osteoporosis, and the importance of strength training for all ages.
