  ZTE MAKO Project – Guadeloupe, FWI- RAN and MW equipment swap on Digicel sites (from Alcatel to ZTE)- Coordination of 15 teams RAN, MW and logistics- On site supervision for MW and RAN installation - Daily update of the customer regarding the progress- As build reports for the swapped RAN and MW sites- EPMS (ZTE mobile software) for all the works carried out at any site- Planning the swap order according to the customer request- Making sure the swap downtime impact on the GSM network is minimal - Manage the logistic for equipment delivery from the warehouse to the site- Negociating and renting the necessary crane and Manitou/cherry picker- Reverse logistic for dismantled equipment and returning it to a specified location- Estimate approval from client - Final estimate for invoicing During this project, we managed to swap +60 RAN sites and +70 MW links.
