  Currently, I am working as a Software Engineer with the Aviation & Defense industry support vertical team, where I engage with prominent global leaders in the A&D industry. In this role, my responsibilities include providing assistance to customers in effectively utilizing the IFS product and addressing technical issues across all IFS product areas, as well as issues related to IFS infrastructure and Integrations.Prior to this, I contributed as a Software Engineer within the GSD Asset Management team, focusing on technical support matters. I actively collaborated with IFS customers worldwide, offering support and resolving technical issues pertaining to the implementation and usage of the IFS Asset Management.Furthermore, I have demonstrated competence in various aspects of IFS technology through the successful completion of training programs in IFS Aurena development, APP10 development, Integration API development, Workflow and IFS-PSO Integration.
