Spearheaded the build out and strategic execution of B.com’s NYC studio headquarters and hired a creative roster including fashion photographers, stylists and hair / makeup artists to editorialize B.com’s ecommerce experience. The objection was to move away from their former “generic catalog” inspired aesthetic. Single handedly handled all casting and created a Model Roster for all approved Models. Sales increased by over 200% in the fist year. Executed branded campaigns for Rag & Bone, Marc Jacobs, Theory, Diane Von Furstenberg, J Brand, Sandro, and Maje. Show less

Scheduled all go-sees and model castings, managed production budgets, hired freelance contractors, outsourced all production teams overseas (Paris, London, Morocco, Dubai, Tokyo), and spearheaded all travel arrangements. Served as NYLON’s only full time West Coast employee and recruited all LA based creative teams. Secured a partnership between NYLONTV and Maker Studios, and co-produced Maker’s first scripted digital series “Oh, You Pretty Things!” Conceptualized and produced all Cover Shoots, Editorial, Celebrity, Advertorial photography and Digital Advertorials. Project managed all branded advertising campaigns (in LA and NYC) and communicated daily with NYLON’s NYC headquarters.
