Completed mineral and royalty titles, prepared run sheets and tract ownership reports for curative title. Worked with title attorney on division orders. Negotiated with mineral owners to acquire signed leases. Ran surface titles and negotiated pipeline ROW’s resulting in leasing of 150,000 acres in Oregon and Idaho.

Conducted examinations of records and completed title work in almost every state in the contiguous U.S. to verify surface ownership to pursue ROW acquisition. Assured necessary information was attained to properly draw plat. Worked with city, county, and state agencies in 25 states to attain necessary road and highway information. Completed 100 - 110 surface titles for cell sites monthly. Made construction line list with detailed construction conditions and worked to insure provisions were followed. Recently, worked with four (4) companies to renew oil and gas leases in Arkansas and Texas for surface pipeline ROW (Right-of-Way) work. Resolve issues with favorable outcomes for clients and companies.
