    • Chevron

      Feb 2014 - Mar 2015
      Construction Lead Engineer (contract)

FEED for the Marlange Project Completed in March 2015. This is a deep water sub-sea wellhead tie back to an existing compliant tower platform (1250 ft of water), a Brownfield project. My focus is the Topsides retrofit construction equipment. Malange is a new field 15 miles away. The quantity of oil is too low, the sub-sea equipment too high and the Topsides retrofit costs too high for this project to provide adequate rate of return. The low oil price does not help either. Chevron has postponed the project now that the FEED is complete. I am now available for my next opportunity. Show less
