  In pursuit of the goal to support learners in the field of business, my role as an Associate Dean involves the development and support of educators, as well as the planning and development of business programs and courses that are in line with industry needs. The development of academic programs and courses involves the research and design of the curriculum, the identification of appropriate learning resources, and the collaboration with subject matter experts. I work together with various departments, including Student Advising, Learning Science and Assessment, Recruitment, Scheduling, Faculty Support, and Marketing to ensure our academic focus is both in line with learner needs, market demands, and supports the overall mission of the university.
