  Offering legal advice under the supervision of a registered barrister. Amongst my responsibilities, I was required to:- interview clients,- to undergo the essential research and - then, to draft legal letters of advice on a pro bono basis. It was an excellent experience because I helped people that could not have otherwise access to any legal service. Mostly, I had asylum cases, and me and my colleague succeeded in one case which was based on exceptional circumstances.

  METAdrasi - Action for Migration & Development, was founded in December 2009, with the mission to cover critical gaps in the reception and integration of refugees and immigrants in Greece. METAdrasis is determined to support and protect, through innovative interventions, the fundamental human rights of all those who are displaced and persecuted.As a volunteer, I was accompanying unaccompanied children to medical appointments and intercultural schools to school trips, including to museums tours and to sport facilities.   Member of the Awareness Committee

  The Student Leiden Team is an organisation of students dedicated to make a difference for every child, affiliated with UNICEF. As a volunteer in the Awareness Committee, I am coordinating some of the events that we organize throughout the year in order to raise awareness about children's rights and about the Ivory Coast Project. As a team, we are trying to raise awareness and funds for the Ivory Coast Project that aims to transform all plastic waste into building materials for classrooms. In this way, more children can go to school safely and also, the environment will be cleaned from plastics. Show less
