      Business Process Solutions (BPS) is market leader within operational financial consulting solutions. BPS designs, implements and run economic functions in both small and large scale companies within different industries. Main functions: CFO, Head of Finance, Business Controlling, Financial Controlling, Analysing client needs, Project Management, Implementing new financial procedures/systems, Basic accounting, Reconciliations, Basic Payroll.During my time in Deloitte I've worked at several different clients with various demands due to branch and company size. This was a great time of learning the financial tools from the bottom and up - starting with debit and credit and ending with being in charge of financial operations. This basic knowledge attained in this period I appreciate and strongly recommend for others who wants to work in a Financial department. During my time as a consultant I've met a lot of financial managers who didn't knew what happened "below" the numbers and figures represented in reports - which in my eyes sends a bad signal to the assistants and colleagues creating the numbers.       F5 was a relatively young company that had reached a maturity to step out of the “start-up/growth company” role to become more corporate in terms of structure and organizational setup, and it was clear that the Financial part had never evolved at the same speed as the rest of the organization; the daily accountancy was outsourced and poorly maintained and reports was made in google sheets with no direct link to actuals from accountancy.
