Managed Maternity technical fit development for all product categories while managing the other training projects for Technical Design department leadership. Managed a team of 5 Technical Designers working on 2 private label brands for Men's, Women's, Children's Active apparel category. Collaborated with the cross-functional team to launch new Active private label brand.Worked with team to develop career planning, personal goals, and was able to promote technical design team members to higher levels.
