One of my first duties was to clean house and replace the entire management staff the first year; I recruited new welding, quality and machining managers to assist in the departmental restructures. Additionally, I added a CFO, VP of business development and safety director who all contributed substantially to the new company direction and produced solid results. I was able to steer the company out of a deficit and took Wachs from a company with $5M in annual revenues to breaking even the following year and realizing $9 in revenue. Fast-forward 11 years later, I am now the President of Wachs Technical Services, LTD. and Wachs Energy Services.
