      In this role I was responsible for driving SWS business, including cost-control actions, employees' development. I'm also responsible for revealing gaps in SWS delivery processes, for building healthy and productive environment for SWS specialists, for widening RCIS influence to other countries (in Europe, Middle East and Africa) and support levels as well as increasing the quality of the provided SWS services.As a background I have over 17 years experience in IT and particularly with support services for external and internal clients. During my work within IBM (over 7 years) I've initially specialized on WebSphere products support with specialization on WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere MQ.Becoming the technical focal point for processes development and providing best practices of clients' issues handling to RCIS SWS team, I've finally been promoted to manager's position.During my career prior to IBM, I gained an experience in leading the team of internal help-desk, infrastructure support team.
