      I developed and implemented a multi award winning and very innovative 5 point strategy to close the Gender and later on the Ethnicity Pay Gaps.The output was a 14.5% increase in women applying for very senior positions and an 11% increase in women in senior director level positions. Leading to the outcome of halving the GPG in just 4 years from 15.9% down to 6.6, winning and 2 prestigious awards for the strategy and the impact is had and still has.       Innovation in Equity is a collaboration between Dagmar Albers and Ursula Tavender to continue the award-winning work we did together between 2019-2023 to close the gender pay gap at Pfizer UK. Our work equips everyone - particularly women - to step up, progress and stay in senior roles. Our mission is to close pay gaps by empowering everyone to take the lead in their career, to have the courage to seize opportunities, embrace flexible working and demonstrate their impact and value. We collaborate with organisations to create a strategy to identify and resolve structural inequities and driving factors which cause pay gaps. We develop programs, initiatives, workshops and tools that help to overcome the barriers that hold colleagues back from reaching their full potential.We know what really works.
