Leading to the outcome of halving the GPG in just 4 years from 15.9% down to 6.6, winning and 2 prestigious awards for the strategy and the impact is had and still has. Our work equips everyone - particularly women - to step up, progress and stay in senior roles. Our mission is to close pay gaps by empowering everyone to take the lead in their career, to have the courage to seize opportunities, embrace flexible working and demonstrate their impact and value. We collaborate with organisations to create a strategy to identify and resolve structural inequities and driving factors which cause pay gaps. We develop programs, initiatives, workshops and tools that help to overcome the barriers that hold colleagues back from reaching their full potential.We know what really works.
