  Tax Consulting (major client: Roper; HRnet One etc); -Based on the double tax treaty and PRC tax regulations, analyze the tax implications of overseas payments, e.g. withholding tax, PRC business tax, PE risk, etc;Annual Enterprise Income Tax filing services (major client: Parker Pen; Newell Group etc)-Prepare and review the annual corporate income tax returns and Related Party Transaction Disclosure Form.Tax due diligence for merge & acquisition projects (including various industries such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Education, Forestry, Power generation of garbage etc);-Lead an on-site work team (3 persons) to have a face-to-face conference with CFO of the target to understand the its business model and tax attributes;-Analyze the information provided by the target (including financial statements, tax returns, purchase & sales contracts, etc) to identify the potential tax exposures;-Prepare the tax due diligence report.
