  Leading one of Southern Living's "Best of the South" Bakeries at Niedlov's Bakery and Café alongside a brilliant Head Baker & Director of Baking Operations was the opportunity of a lifetime, as the Sales/CS lead, I focused on developing, managing, & updating our web store operations, sales projections, labor management systems, and employee education, in addition to more specific administrative responsibilities:-Management of quality of product, meeting labor & sales goals.-Developing and refining training and service process.-Researching new products & streams of revenue. -Online Store management.General duties include: scheduling, payroll time-sheets, distributor ordering, web-ordering portal maintenance & online inventory, Point-of-Sale updates, employee recruiting & onboarding, and employee training.
