  Flow Communications offers integrated digital communications for organisations such as Cape Town Tourism, Gauteng Tourism Authority, South African Tourism, Table Mountain Cableway, Two Oceans Aquarium, Nelson Mandela Centre of Memory, Etana Insurance. It also handles a number of internal communication campaigns and branding exercises and print design for companies such as Sasol Gas, Sasol Mining etc.

  Brought in to represent the 50% ownership by Bastion Graphics. Charged with building a team, addressing delivery and quality issues and aiding in communication between the companies. Thisexpanded to include other duties such as rebranding and repositioning the agency, while growing the network of suppliers, contacts and clients. Due to changes between the owners of the businesses, the team was incorporated into Bastion Graphics in July 2016.

  Key responsibilities: Daily planning and management of digital design that the team needs to provide to other departments, including account executives, development, webcasts, video and programming.Collaboration with the respective teams and the members to ensure design integrity, best practice user experience and brand cohesion.Sourcing and working with freelance talent should the need arise.Design and user experience for best practice corporate websites.Training of print based designers to ensure capabilities through the larger design team.Training of intern developers with regards to Creative Cloud software and hand off and collaboration with the design team through the project.Presentations to clients of websites or other collateral, including the prototyping specifically for the presentation.Presentations and webcasts to visiting guests, for example the Investor Society of Southern Africa, on subjects such as best practice use of content, design and user experience, factors affecting functionality, build and security, making best use of social media on specific topics such as results day.Major accounts include MTN, Aspen Pharmaceuticals, Barloworld, Implats, Gem Diamonds, Bidvest, Datatec, Gold Fields, Imperial, AECI.
