  *Quality Assurance team member in Privacy responsible for the accuracy and data appropriateness of consumer, non-customer, employee, and business access requests from the state of California and International countries. Create feature requests to upgrade tools and the user experience while decreasing workflow timeline.*Discovered incorrect customer-type assignment made at request intake level for active customers with inactive products. Worked with Technology, QA, and Data Access team members to develop a workaround until issue could be resolved; documented the process so intermediary automation could be used to identify and correct requests prior to production code correction.*Identified a system timing error between two tools. One system using universal time (UTC) and the other central time (CST). This caused inconsistencies in the due date if the requestor entered their request after 4pm negatively impacting the workflow timeline by +1 day. This was addressed as a severity 1 production error. *Manage Privacy UAT for Fulfillment. Lead team through iterative testing every 2 weeks using a SAFe Agile framework. Review each feature’s Acceptance Criteria and User Stories in Jira Align to understand and create success criteria. Meet with Fulfillment test leads to review success criteria, respond to questions and confirm test case counts. Request or create team accesses to necessary tools and test accounts when needed. Plan hand-off strategies for flow between test teams. Report daily progress, defects, and issues to IT. Create leadership reporting and provide Go/No Go decision to product owner based upon severity 1 defects. In 2020 through the first half of 2021, 1415 test cases were created to validate the feature experience of the customer and internal tool users. Automation provides 28% reduction in man hours. Dashboard acts as request front door, project analysis tool, workflow and approval kick-off, database, billing platform connector and historical repository. *Spearheaded Global Billing Service's website and database build. Portal moved three organizations and seven teams into one multi-functional work site. Five-member team completed 196 requirements in 10 months and used API technology to connect with cloud content management, a dynamic search capability for thousands of documents and an employee management system for team administrators.*Billing Assurance lead for the sale and divestiture of Southern New England Telephone. Initiated and oversaw the on-time and successful discovery, planning, execution, and clean-up for 6 organizations and 133 tools/applications.
