Activities and Societies: As well as being involved in several sporting societies within the university, as well as an active member of the Law Society, during my second year in Swansea University I gained a place on the University Law Staff Student Consultative Committee. The 'SSCC' provides a great opportunity for a select of number students and staff to interact and gain feedback to benefit both parties with the faculty of law. During my degree level studies I completed a wide range of law and Spanish modules. The law modules I studied have provided me with a great insight into many areas of the law and have provided me with a sound knowledge and understanding of all modules undertaken. The modules I studied included Criminal, Tortious, Contract, EU, Terrorism, Sport and Land Law among others. The modules I studied included Criminal, Tortious, Contract, EU, Terrorism, Sport and Land Law among others. My studies of the law were accompanied by my studies of several Spanish modules which include Spanish for Professional Purposes which provided me with the solid foundations to work in a Spanish speaking environment; elements of this module are very relevant to my legal studies and compliment them well. I have a very strong command of the Spanish language and graduated with a Distinction in Verbal Spanish. Show less
