  I implemented technological projects for the following business areas: Motor Claims, Damages, Regulatory and Finance, from the transformation of the operating model for the automation and digitization of manual processes, as well as the update and/or change of obsolete technology solutions. - I led and coordinated the various areas of finance for the information survey conducted by Deloitte in the search and construction of a new operating model for the Finance Area of AXA Mexico, achieving the deliverable in 3 months with positive results under a scheme of possible reduction of 40% of manual processes. - I directed and collaborated with SAP Portugal in the implementation of SAP- Material Management & FI in the Procurement area, to optimize the purchasing management process, decommissioning the tool that put at risk the operation of more than 3,000 suppliers, optimizing the processing time from 2 hours to 10 minutes. - I led the implementation of the regulatory project Solvency II - SAFAC and Reinsurance Adjustments, which required the standardization of processes mainly for the reporting point, reducing the time of report generation from 3 months to 10 days. - I implemented the project Take theft notice with integration in SAeS and ClaimCenter, generated and coordinated the Change Management with an approximate scope of 700 collaborators at a National Level, obtaining benefits in terms of reduction of attorney assignment expenses by 90% with respect to the first attention. - I implemented the assistance services project from the adjuster's mobile device, and integration with ClaimCenter with AXA Assistance, reducing waiting times from 120 to 60 minutes, improving customer service. Show less Implemented the Audatex Audatex AudaClaims Gold Web loss determination solution and integration with ClaimCenter, generated and coordinated the Change Management strategy towards 930 Repair Centers (1800 appraisers), and 250 internal collaborators at National level during a period of 1 month. - Generated the Change Management strategy and implementation plan for the SAeS project, ensuring the change of mobile equipment, App and GPS, and the correct use of the on-site adjustment process and integration with ClaimCenter, with an approximate reach of 900 collaborators at National level during a period of 2 months. Managed and administered travel, per diem, expenses and reimbursements for the Director and his direct reports. Coordinated the generation of monthly, quarterly and annual results sessions. I coordinated the quarterly communication at the National Level where the Director shared relevant topics such as: results, strategy, new projects, etc. I generated the follow-up and attention of complaints, containing in 95% of the cases the attention by the responsible people at National Level.
